Welcome to Hotel Tulip Arena in Raipur! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before making a reservation or staying at our hotel.
Reservation and Check-In:

All guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

A valid government-issued photo ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

Normal check-in time is 13 hr & check-out time is 11 hr. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM.

Early check-in and check-out are available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.

Visitors are not allowed in the room.
Reservation and Check-In:

Children up to 5 years at no extra without an extra bed in the same room.

Child above 5 year to 10 Year will be charged for buffet breakfast without extra bed.

Children above 10 years will be charge as per adult extra person policy.
Payment and Cancellation:

Reservations can be canceled anytime, but a 100% refund is available if cancellation at least 3 days prior to check-in.
Room Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy for each room is as follows:

Superior Rooms: 2 + 2 Adults

Suite Room: 2 + 2 Adults

Premium Room (PR) Homestay: 2 Adults

Family Room (FR) Homestay : 2 + 1 Adults

Premium Family Room (PFR) Homestay : 2 + 2 Adults
Damages and Losses:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Conduct and Safety:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Any behavior that disturbs other guests or violates the hotel's rules may result in eviction without a refund.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of guests' personal belongings. Please use the in-room safes to secure valuables.
