At Tulip Arena, we strive to accommodate our guests' changing plans. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation and refund policy:

 

Cancellation Charges for Individual Bookings

• If Cancelled 72 Hours Prior to Arrival: A 95% refund will be processed. A 5% cancellation charge will be applicable if payment is made via UPI/Credit/Debit card.

• If Cancelled Within 48 Hours Prior to Check-in: One-night retention will be charged.

 

Confirmation/Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings or Celebrations:

• 25% of the total billing must be made at the time of confirming the booking.

• 25% of the total billing must be made 90 days prior to the event.

• 25% of the total billing must be made 60 days prior to the event.

• 25% of the total billing must be made 30 days prior to the event.

• Non-compliance with the above may result in the cancellation of the booking.

• Full clearance of the bill is required at the time of check-out.

 

Cancellation Charges for Group Bookings or Celebrations:

• If cancelled between 3 months and 1 month prior to the event: The total advance paid will be retained.

• If cancelled 1 month prior to the event: 100% retention will be charged.

• GST on the advance will be retained in case of cancellation, as it is to be paid to authorities by the 5th of the next month.

 

Additional Notes:

• Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and governed by the cancellation policy.

• Refunds for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer will be through cheque only.

• Online refunds for website bookings usually take 7-10 working days.

• Credit/debit card/UP online refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

• The original receipt is required for refund processing.

• Credit/debit card/UP cancellations will be charged an additional 5%.
